Can any one explain why this is happening?

    Took my awile to work it out but if you look closely the first one is using a GTX580 and the second is using a GTX480

    The time difference between those 2 graphs is almost a year. I remember after a certain nVidia driver update, people reported performance in Civilization V increased DRAMATICALLY. I'm surprised it's by that much though, 72fps, but then again, the performance review was done a few days after the game came out, whereas the other graph you were looking at is from 8 months later, on a more powerful card.

    I'm curious about those results from the second link - I guess it could also be the difference between zoomed in and zoomed out along with the driver updates guys have previously mentioned.
