Can I delete C:\Windows\Installer?

Bad news, I now get this in the cmd window, that reads:

What does this mean, and how can I fix this?

It's just saying one of the subkeys of Windows Installer folder could not be removed
That's all
It must be in use or something

By the way

Programs such as Symantec, may not be able to uninstalled effectively

They are brilliant! Have you tried the latest version. No way is it a system hog anymore. It is brilliant! I hated it before, preferred free ones, but now it rules!
