    Can I have 2 Win XP OS's

I have a partitioned hard drive.

    C: Win Me
    D: Data
    E: Win2K
    F: WinXP

I would like to reinstall XP on E:(whip out Win2k) so that I would end up with a Win ME, WinXP, programs & data on four separate partitions.

I would have to have 2 XP's running for a while. Is that possible?

yes you can have 2 XPs

my advise would be to whip out ME instead and replace it with Win98 SE (see thread > what's the worse MS OS for reasons)

you also can have 2 win2K or 2 XPs without problems

To dual boot could I just edit the Boot.ini file with the new lines of partitions like LNC has showen in the other thread.
