Can i take my graphics card out an xbox one and put it in my pc?

My current graphics card is terrible, im curious to whether this is possible

If you're talking about the graphics processor in an Xbox one then it isn't even on a separate chip, let alone a separate and standard PCI-Express card. It's integrated graphics on the same package as the CPU.
