Can I upgrade to a GTX 260?

Someone I know at school offered to sell me a used (8 month old), factory overclocked Nvidia 260 GTX graphics card for $100. I am currently using an NVIDIA 8800 512mb GT. I'm wondering if this card is likely to be compatible, and I'm not sure, because I usually don't pay much attention to my computer if it works.

I have an ASUS P5N-E SLI motherboard. Is there any other info I'd need to know if this would work?

well it would work if your psu is powerful enough but $100 for a 260 meh save like 70 bucks and get a gtx 460 its worth it imo

Besides needing power supply info, I'd agree with klepto regarding the GTX 260. I find $100 for it used seems quite high and with a little more money you could get yourself a new GTX 460.
