Can Macbook run Windows?

unusable, not unstable, like the command key on the mac keyboard(don't know what its called) will be useless. Unless you can customize it to do something like "windows" function key in windows.

Yep you can do it.

Go to Applications -> Utilities -> Boot Camp Assistant. Read and remember the instructions there, take notes if you want, they suggest printing but its way too many pages to print.
