AMD Phenom II x6 1055t
Asus 990FX Sabertooth
8gb Corsair XMS3 - 1333mhz
2 - XFX AMD HD Radeon 6850's
Asus 22x - DVD+RW

I am most concerned about crossfire and if Skyrim will take advantage of it or not or should I just disable crossfire and use one card?

No , 6850 crossfired wont run the game LOL JK JK.

Of course. Games need about 3 cores now adays, Crysis 2 BF3, use up about 60 percent of total CPU power. Your CPU and RAM is more then enough. You need a good video card now, and you have that in the 6850. You have them in crossfire, you should be able to play any game @ 1080p 8x CSAA 16xAF high quality,, game on high quality settings. gl

YOu even have a SSD. YOu have a super machine,, and for that resolution you dont need a upgrade from your crossfire. Enjoy it for couple years, for MW3 or BF3 ,, and you will upgrade many years from now,, gl,
