  1. Hi, I currently have an 8500GT 256mb graphics card, it runs WoW and CS:S alright, but im looking for a little better performance. I found this card and was wondering if my computer has enough power supply and has all the right other hook ups.

    Here is the card's specs;
    GPU/VPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GS
    RAMDAC: Dual 400 MHz
    Additional Features: RoHS Compliant
    HDCP Enabled
    HDTV Ready
    SLI Ready
    OpenGL 2.0
    DirectX 10
    PCI Express 2.0
    Vista Certified
    Maximum Resolution: 2560 x 1600 (Digital)
    Video Memory: 384MB
    Memory Type: DDR3
    Core Clock: 580 MHz
    Memory Interface: 192-bit
    Memory Clock: 1400 MHz
    Stream Processors: 96
    Interface Type: PCI Express 2.0
    Interface Speed: x16
    Connector(s): Dual DVI (Dual Link)
    HDTV/S-Video
    Multiple Monitors Support: Yes

It also has heat sink and a fan.

I'm getting the card from a friend, so if I can run it let me know.

How do I post up my system specs so you guys can tell me if I can run it?

Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it! :)

Please put your System Specs information in your Profile

If your computer is a brand label (like Dell; HP; ...) then type in the Brand and model number in the mobo field of your Profile

    Okay, will do.

I know I have a PCI Express, but it says it needs PCI Express 2.0? So im confused on that.
    and 3 gigs of RAM.

Im running an 8500 GT now, so i should be able to run this?

    Oh sorry

Once you get to your home site (which will show you all pics and specifications and absolutely everything about your computer)

Just download your Manual and check :)
