Can virtual memory be drawn from a slave/other drive or the OS partition only?

Hi ppl

I was woundering if my O.S. partition have no free space can it draw virtual memory from a slave/other partition or if it has to have the free space (virtual memory) on the partition of the o.s. ?

my o.s. is Xpsp1,Xpsp3,win 98se

Yes you can: follow this link. Or, change the size of the partition using space from the other partition. Gparted will do the job and its free, just do a search for it.

Best bet though for a faster system is to increase the size of your RAM.

I see you have an XP OS that is on SP1, upgrade it to SP3 or it will be wide open to infection.

ok thout so..and yes the sp1 is valnerbul..but its in a socluted inviermint..
