Can you install Mac OS X on a new built PC?

    I was planning to build a computer but as I'm new to computer building I was wondering if you can install MacOS X onto it. Or can you only install windows.

    Apple's Mac OS X operating system can only be installed onto certified Mac computers.

    We do not allow the discussion of how to circumvent these policies and install Mac OS X on a non Mac computer.
