  1. Hi,

Im new to the fourm and heard great things about this place from friends. I've recently purchase a new hard drive and installed it as a secondary drive, storages. Everything was fine until recently some of the files are not accessible. Some files are unorganized, while other are organzied in folder. Some of the folder I cannot access at all...it said "D:\SonyCAM\3rd Birthday is not accessible." "Access is denied"
This also happened to files that I placed in a different folder. I seem like this evertime I place a video in a foler.

Please help me...If its just movies n stuff I dont mind, but its Memories that I have from cam that I do not wish to lose.
Is there anything I can do or would someone please let me know whats wrong.
    Thank you

Are you setting these in encrypted folders? I doubt you are but just wondering.

Are you the administrator for the PC?

Do other user accounts exist in the PC?

    What OS are you running?

Seems to me that you don't have admin rights to the files your try to access, are you logging in as admin or as a User ?.
