Cannot access secure sites

    Vista Home Premium cannot access https sites with IE but can with Firefox, so it isn't a firewall port problem.
    IE says Cipher Strength is 0-bits and should be 128-bits. How do I change?

    Thanks for the link, but I can't find anything there about Cipher Strength.
    The Fix My Settings only seems to appear if you are browsing with unsafe settings. Obviously a low cipher strength is not unsafe, just partly unusable.

    Help in IE gives nothing on Fix My Settings.
