Cannot access task mgr

everytime i try to click/right click the icon it put on my start bar it takes me to a site and tring to get me to DL some XP antivirus tool

it also adds an ad on all my new web pages telling me that i have 18 trojans click here to scan your system

i Just reformatted the hard drive

had to delete the partition and re-allocate a new raw partition b4 the system would finish the reformat

if i would have cam back here b4 i started the reformat i would have followed those steps lol

all is working fine
