Cannot boot from sata disk after formatting disk

    I reformatted my sata memory as part of the Dell process to put the computer to its original configuration. Now I can't boot from the memory. What do I need?

    When you say "SATA memory" I think you mean the hard drive.

    What did you actually do, were you trying to restore the PC to its original factory settings using the recovery partition or restore discs.

    What OS are you using and what discs, if any, do you have for the PC?
