Cannot delete this

Hi,
I need some help...
I'm finding difficulty deleting this second printer logo in 'Control panel\hardware and Sound\Printers http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd459/happytriger2000/To Epson/EpsonT12T22N11Series1.jpg
I tried uninstall it by right click-remove, it will appear again shortly, how Do I fully eliminate this?

why bother? did you successfully delete the printer itself?

Jobeard means all of .....
uninstalling the printer, not just deleting the icon in the printer manager
making sure it's driver is no longer present, from any previous, different driver install
AND not having it still connected to your system
AND not having it shared with other PC's that may connect to your PC to use your printer
