Cannot Delete

Hey all I've got a bit of a problem, I was using firefox today when my net crashed and downloads all messed up, now I was able to delete most of the faulty files off my computer except for one, which I cannot run nor delete because it is 'in use by another program" here are a few screenshots to illustrate the problem.

hmmm... assuming a virus or similar is really at the core of your problem you can see who has the file locked if you use OpenedFilesView tool.
