Cannot install iTunes 9 on Windows 7

Hi;
I have tried twice to install iTunes 9 on Windows 7.
I am logged on with admin privs.
There is no error. The install just hangs after it has completed about 3/4. The progress bar just stops.

When I try to cancel, the install remains hanging.

No problems installing on Win XP.

Anybody have a solution for this?
