Cannot log on because I don't know password

    my church was donated 10 dell gx170s with XP pro OS. we do not have passwords to log on. what are my options? thanks.

    Contact the previous owner.

    Sorry, but we do not provide assistance to bypass system passwords,
    as we have no way of verifying the legitimacy of such requests.

    If the previous owner cannot be contacted for some reason,
    Dell service may(?) be able to help.
