Cannot Read External HD

  1. My USB External HD use to be ok but now it showing this error message everytime I try to used, what can I do guyz?!?

    I'd suggest just opening it up and checking if all cables are attached properly. You may have accidentally dislodged them;)

    I already did but still having the same problem, can this issue be the driver problem? or is it the HD is dying? and how do I know when to renew the driver, in this case USB 2.0
