Canon MG5350 settings

Hi everyone,
I need some advice please..
For quite a few years I had a Canon iP5000 and when I wanted to print a document from my PC I simply pressed PRINT and the printer would automatically come on print my document and then after a few minutes shut down again.
I was really annoyed when the nozzles got clogged and now the machine is useless.
I bought a new Canon MG5350 (slower and noisier and doesn't print anywhere as good as the iP5000 ). Can anyone advise me if it is possible to set the MG5350 up so as to operate the same way as I had the iP5000 ( I.e start when I press PRINT on my computer and shut down after printing).

Regards eddiemac.
