hello everyone, i needd some serious help with booting my computer up. My laptop which is my school laptop, its windows 7 and when i start my computer it goes to the start screen then it just stalls at the flash _ at the top left of the screen. I would really apreachate any help involving this matter. i have seriously tryed for ages and i cant get to safe mode by pressing f8 because the computer doesant get that far enough into the boot to do so, ive got into the computer boot up settings by pressing f2 at the start and mucking around with those settings, but cant get anything,
