Can't burn some cd files to cdr

I just downloaded a couple of new albums from amazon to my pc(which I Just reformatted) and exported them to windows media player but wmp won't burn the albums to a cdr. It gives the error message "Windows Media Player cannot burn some of the files. To investigate the problem, click on the icon next to the files in the burn list." But there is no icon for any of the files in the burn list.

It's a driver issue. Saw this on my laptop and it took several tries to make it work.

I uninstalled and rebooted, seems to work fine now.
