I uninstalled firefox i was having bother with it i then re-installed my bt internet software but couldnt connect to the internet someone on here told me to download malwarebytes(i think thats the name) onto a flash drive and run it on the problem pc i was unable to do this so i downloaded a windows scanner which found a problem and apparantly fixed it but i am still unable to connect to the internet and i cannot system restore aswell any help would be really appreciated guys.
