Can't delete files from recycle bin

  1. I have a problem in my PC for the last 3-4 days i cannot delete files from recycle bin. i tried to delete files from system restore using unlocker and now i can't delete those folders from recycle bin.when i try to error can,t delete De1151. access denied. hjt log file attached pls give me a solution. also suggest something as i want to completely delete the system volume information folders from various drivers.

    Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
    Attached logs won't be reviewed.

    Please, observe following rules:
