Cant do window update

Since last night i have window update icon in my system tray. When i try to install it from their it says failed when go to ie browser and click tool window update it scan and show update when i go to install them it says failed how can i fix this.

I think if you all check out those updates, you will find one or more is not appropriate for your system, For instance, some have been getting updates to Office programs thy don't even have on their system.

The best way to handle the updates are to do a Custom install which allows you to examine each update, choose what you want, and check message' don't show this update again' to those updates they don't want or need.

I'm seeing M$ having to include inappropriate updates and if you don;t have the program an update is for, the update can't install.
