Can't find drivers for my sound card

    Hi guys,
    I've got harsh time in finding drivers for my sound card.
    You will see the attached dxdiag report that I made.

    Please advice how to proceed.

    Your audio hardware isn't being detected. Carefully look through all BIOS setup menu pages. See if Integrated Audio is Disabled. If so, enable it
