Cant finish reinstall

ihave an error 800b0100error cant get in keeps restarting
any suggest have tried shift f10typecd\windows\system32\catroot2 hit enterthen restart dont wrk

Old, old, old error going back five years to W2K and WXP Sp1... Plenty of stuff available in a Gurgle search, but not much of it is helpful.

The best shortcut is to reinstall Windows. Next best is to install Windows in Repair Mode... using R, not Repair Console.
