Can't get on one website help needed

hi.

thanks for reading this and maybe helping.

i have a school laptop which means there are somethings i can't do(administrator priviledges) any way sounds dead stupid but i always do my shopping online at sainsburys but for some unknown reason i can't get in. i can get on the site an look at other things but as soon as i hit the button for food shopping i get "not responding"

please help but i need step by step easy guides to help me

Could it be as simple as the fact that the website is going through maintenance, or has this been happening for weeks?

thanks for replying but no

i phoned virgin they said if i can log on the site and move to different pages it must be the website.

phoned sainsburys they had no faults and tried to help - clear cookies,history etc
but still wouln't work.

today i went on my supermarket thought it might work but no look and funnily enough i can't get onto the asda website either.

please can some help
