Can't identify missing multimedia video controller driver

I am having a similar problem and can't identify the driver needed. The message is similar: Yellow question mark next to: Multimedia Video Controller I am attaching the DXDIAG log. Any help is much appreciated.

Do you have a video capture card of some kind?

I Google searched for VEN_14F1&DEV_8852&SUBSYS_79110070&REV_04
