I'm trying to Install Windows 7 64bit on Virtual Box but keep getting the error "VT-x features locked or unavailable in MSR." After some googling people say that enabling hardware-v in the bios. I'm not sure how to do this, I've got Intel i5 2500k CPU and an Asus p8z68-le motherboard. Do I press a button while my computer is booting or do I install a program that does this?

Not all systems use the same key. The most commonly used button to enter system bios is the Delete Key. Some systems may have the F1, or F2 Key programmed for entering the system bios. If you see Windows 7 boot animation, you have gone to far and will need to re-boot again.

Edit:
Ohh and the answer to your question is yes, you will need to hold this button while booting.

Ok got it working, it was called something slightly different but said you need to enable the option for VMM. Why would it be off by default?
