    Hi,

    This is my first message on your board. I will appreciate any help I can get.
    I have a Mac OS X version 10.4.11 with Tiger. I need a webcam. I purchased a
    Logitech Quickcam Orbit AF on it but have been unable to install it.

    I would very much appreciate any help I could get.

    Web cams are simple devices. Just look for one on a Mac site.

    Thanks, actually, I have spent days and gone through three web cams to finally find one which is suitable. I finally ended up with a quickcam pro. It has been my experience that apple reps as well as web cam reps aren't too knowledgeable about what does and doesn't work on mac.

    I was told that the internal mike wouldn't work but it does. It doesn't seem that I am take a picture or make a video which I believe you can with microsoft. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to reply.
