Can't install Windows 7

I tried overclocking my pc and had problems with that but then I tried getting back to my desktop and in between that it said put in boot device so I did but now it won't let me reinstall Windows 7. I have had it before so I don't understand why it's not going from there so can someone please help!?

1- Go to Your PC Website
2- Search for the model
3- Download lastest Bios-Utility
4- Download lastest Bios Update
5- Enter on windows
6- Install the Program (The Bios-Utility)
7- Open The Program with the file (bios file)
8- Click Bios » Exit (after that computer will restart and will start updating bios)
9- When complete Press F2 for bios setup
10- Go to Advanced » OS Selection and select Win7
11- Press F10 for save changes
12- Create Uefi Bootable Usb Flash Drive: UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows
13- Now its ready to install win7
