can't open MS Outlook Express

Ever since formatting my hard drive and reloading XP SP 1 I can open Outlook Express once, switch identities, but can only do once and then I can't get back into Outlook Express after that. I have to reboot.

can't open Outlook Express

Fixed it. Went to start run, regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
click ok, rebooted and now works.
