can't open regedit

Hi,
Please can someone help?
I can't open regedit and i'm worried that it could be a portent of worse things. Maybe it's a remnant from a virus? Anyway, I did a HJT log if it helps:

Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, as an attachment, Only after doing the above.
