Can't seem to be able to get rid of PremierOpinion

  1. I've been infected with the PremierOpinion Malware, and upon realizing it, I took steps to remove it, and I did remove it successfully (or so I thought). I ran a few system sweeps to search for any malware I would have missed by running Malwarebytes, Avast, etc.. and they came up with nothing.

But, the strange thing is, when I go to the lower right side of my task bar, click on the arrow icon (that shows the hidden notification icons), then click "customize", which brings me to my notification area icons page, and there, among the rest of the icons remains that PremierOpinion icon star with "pmropn.exe" next to it, which means to me, that somehow, PremierOpinion is still lurking within my computer undetected, or my computer just won't give up that icon.

I have windows 7 installed by the way.

Is there any way I can get rid of it? Is the PremierOption Malware really gone? Any Ideas?

    Marty
