Can't turn off my PC

  1. It is quite simple problem, but i could't find a solution anywhere.

I have Win Vista 32bit installed on my PC, and yesterday i removed 2 of my ddr2 ram sticks, and i left one inside, so i still have 1gb ram installed. I did that, because i will give this Pc to my parents and they only need it for internet.

Now, when i want to turn off my PC, it goes well right to the moment where it should turn turn off. But instead blue screen pops up and system restarts.

Are the removed ram sticks the problem or something else?

    Hey,

no it does't, but it started to happen right after i removed 2 of my 3 ram sticks.

I'll see what happens if i change bios settings.

I used system care to clean up my regs, ram, and disks and some other stuff, but it had no effect at all.
