    The ONLY bad thing about AMD.

    Their drivers update cycle is pathetic.

    And this is coming from a former Radeon owner.
     
  5. IMO it's great to have bug fixes quickly. I think you will probably get mad with rolling-release linux distros xD

    And this is coming from a Radeon owner linux user ;P

    Lucky for us at least ATI provides competition bringing competative pricing along with it.

    As far as keeping costs down, I have a 5850 sitting on the shelf because crossfire simply lacks the stability in Windows 7 to keep it installed. Not what I would call economical all things considered.
     
  9. Crossfire works great in Windows 7. I would suggest a PEBKAC error.
