Don't know if it's the right place to post, new here, so sorry, but whenever I try do a Norton Aniti-virus scan, update whatever, it says
configuring ccCommon, and then it pops up with, The feature you are trying to use is on a network source that is unavaible

Click ok to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ccCommon.msi in the box below.

What do I do to get this ccCommon?

cccommon is part of Norton anti virus..

In the absence of the full error message, here is a reply from Symantec Support for those who had the problem:

Error: "LU1825: This update was corrupted so LiveUpdate was unable to process it. .

Please follow the instructions and get the update here from Symantec Support:
