CD/DVD drive won't open

    Well i started using ultraiso and then somtimes it would open and somtimes it wont
    so i uninstalled it and now it wont open at all

    it worked it opens and closed when nothings in it but then i put the dvd back in and it wont open and it wont read it and then it says gives me explorer error
