CDRW only writes an image to the hard drive???

I have recently purchased and installed a cendyne 52x24x52 internal cdrw. The problem is that the drive will only write an image file to the hard drive, and not write it to the cdr in the drive. Anyone know how to fix this??

What software are you using to write the CDs? You may need to update to the latest version in over to recognise and you your drive properly.

Thanks, I dled the latest version and it now selects the burner, by the actual name, instead of image recorder. I don't know why I didn't think of this before. Thanks again...
