Having mostly completed assemby of my system, I now want to change the video from the "standard vga" default to my AGP ATI Ultra 128 card. Do I first delete the other driver (adapter) or???
I have the DELL driver disk appropriate to the AGP card.

When I follow the install it says there is a conflict with other installed display.

USE ASUS A7V8X-x, Win 98 SE and as stated an ATI RAGE 128 Ultra video card.

I have tried using the ADD/REMOVE Hardware option.

    no

right click on my computer/properties/hardware/device mgr/display adapters/current card/update driver/select from list/or browse to your dell disk, if that's the appropriate driver................otherwise, go to http://www.guru3d.com ....download/videocards/etc.
and, download the executable............see if that helps
