Changing Windows XP Language

    I was wondering if it is possible to change the OS language on Windows XP (it is in a non-english language, I need to change it to English). It is an OEM installation, preferably I do not want to reinstall the OS. Is there any way around this. Thanks in advance.

    There is a language setting in Control Panel (as you probably know)
    But this does not change all of Windows

    You will need to Install an English (new ) version

    By the way, is this a German version ?

    Oh, okay. I guess I will have to re-install it. Thanks kimsland. And its a Norwegian language version, not German.
