    Dear all, could you please help me to convince the tech spot web admin to add the chat feature. there are a few cases need a quick response, so maybe this idea posted before but it is very crucial and helpful for every body but not for the admin of course. ;)

    It's not exactly for tech support, but if you'd prefer that style of communication you can hop into TechSpot's IRC channel.
