I have choppy video during streaming youtube videos. When I play the same video's from the file location on the hard drive with vlc, windows media player or nero media home, it does not happen. I've cleared cookies etc., and I suspect that it is the network itself because it takes a long time to get to some websites. I just thought someone out there might have an idea about something I can do about it. Also, when I use format factory to convert files, the pc uses almost 100% processor power according to performance monitor and the mouse moves erratically and is choppy as well as it is also when I am streaming videos on youtube. I have a 2.66 ghz processor which ought to be able to handle streaming videos
