CiD Pop-up Virus on Vista

As stated in the title, my Vista OS is infected with CiD... Whenever I open up my Mozilla or Internet explorer, it pops up. Help would be great!

I did the preliminary removal... Nothing showed up.

I have attached what I was required to.

O23 -Some tolerate this application/service. Others don't.

Cid remarks:
Cidhelp.com is removable from "add/remove programs". Perhaps there are parts of a software bundle still remaining.

This thread reference some sort of universal un-installer. However, the user indicated he could not get it to work, yet things cleared up.

Yet that O4 entry bugs me. One option is : "HJT Fix Checked" can be used to see if there is an effect on Cid.
