CID pop ups

My system has been infected by the ever annoying cid pop ups. My childern also use the pc. I have xp2. The kids download music, movies and everying else. I do internet banking also. Please kindly advise. I have just installed norton internet online security system but no joy.

Your system is infected with lop advertising trojan. There might be other nasties as well, so please follow the instructions HERE.

Next, please post your HJT log as an attachment to this thread.
The log will enable us to understand more about the problems on your system.
