    Hi,

I'm trying to sort out a friend's computer, and have discovered that they are infected with the CiD trojan. I've run AVG Anti-spyware and all the other removal tools listed in the first steps thread, but (unsurprisingly) it's still there. I've also run NoLOP which apparently removed 1 file and can now find no more, but the problem is still there. Below are the HijackThis and ComboFix log files:

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I have removed your copy and pasted logfiles. That`s because all logfiles must be posted as attachments. See HERE.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan. I`ll then be able to help you get rid of the malware.

    Regards Howard
