Cleaning software

Sorry if this is the wrong section
but i need some help and tips on what software to unistall

for example i had Microsoft Visual c++ 2008 Redistributales like 5 times
for example first one was
9.0
next was 9.1 making it useless load on my sistem

Visual C++ is a library used by most modern games, so, if you remove it, your games won't run.

Don't uninstall anything unless it's a virus or unnecessary program YOU installed.

well i unistalled the old copies
not sure if i should unistall the 2005 version
i have the 2008 and 2010

had like 5 diff versions of 2008 only left 1
and also had useles sql server
