Clicking on search links and getting redirected

Hi, I have the same thing happening: click on a google searched link in internet explorer and get redirected to a different site. I read many of the other posts and followed the "8 steps". Haven't tried anything since doing the 8 steps. I've attached my log files as requested, so tell me what's next. Thank you in advance, Darryn

Easiest thing to try is to download and install Superantispyware. Update it, restarrt the computer in safe mode and run Superantispyware. Fix anything it finds, restart the computer and run it again to make sure everything is gone.
