cloning of files from IDE to SATA

  1. Just want to know if after cloning my files from IDE to SATA(using the seagate cloning utility), is it ok not to delete all the files in IDE?

    Of course. Nothing requires you to remove the original stuff.

    Bear in mind, your SATA drive will not have your drivers installed for SATA if you clone your HDD from an IDE drive. The drive may not even boot.
    It would be wise just to COPY not CLONE the drives.
